TRAINER

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs
• Conduct training sessions for new recruits and ongoing training for current employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
• Maintain training records and reports
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training or teaching
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills
