SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at our brand new, state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills and a proven track record in team management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and mentor team members
• Implement and monitor performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
