Qualifications:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in English(written and spoken)

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat

- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain accurate customer records

- Provide product and service information to customers
